Bugs and portfolio discrepancies

Before escalating a discrepancy, review the coverage, FAQ, and API documentation to distinguish unsupported data from a reproducible defect. If PnLSaver provides an approved support channel, include the public wallet address, affected chain, canonical token or protocol identity, the page or API operation involved, the approximate observation time, and what you expected to see.

Do not post a seed phrase, private key, API key, private RPC URL, authentication token, personal address, or other secret. PnLSaver never needs those values to investigate a read-only portfolio result. Reports may be public and searchable, so remove personal labels or unrelated browser information before attaching images or logs.

There is no shared public reporting channel on pnlsaver.com at this time. Do not infer a maintainer's personal email, social account, or private repository from service metadata. A public channel can be added here later when the product owner approves one.

Security-sensitive reports

Avoid publishing exploit details or credentials in a normal issue. First confirm that the report concerns PnLSaver itself rather than a wallet, token, protocol, or browser extension. The application cannot sign transactions, but ordinary web-service vulnerabilities, unsafe configuration, and accidental information disclosure are still appropriate security reports.

PnLSaver does not currently list a public security inbox or private vulnerability-reporting form. Do not substitute secrets into a public form or send them to a guessed personal address. PnLSaver should publish a vetted private reporting method here before accepting sensitive external reports.

Service and data providers

PnLSaver operates the hosted service and selects its infrastructure and data providers. Third-party providers may have their own availability, retention, terms, and privacy practices. Use the public documentation to understand PnLSaver's supported behavior and known limits.
