Basic terms for using PnLSaver.

1. About the service

PnLSaver is a read-only portfolio tool. It uses public blockchain information and third-party data sources to display balances, positions, activity, prices, and estimates. It does not take custody of assets, connect to a wallet, request signatures or approvals, or submit blockchain transactions.

Features, supported networks, integrations, and availability may change over time.

2. Informational use only

PnLSaver is provided for general informational purposes. It is not financial, investment, tax, accounting, legal, or security advice, and it is not an offer or recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or use any asset or protocol.

Portfolio values, prices, PnL, yield, and transaction classifications may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Verify important information independently and make your own decisions.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for how you use the service and for complying with laws that apply to you. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or place unreasonable load on PnLSaver or its data providers.

You are also responsible for protecting your device and any wallet lists, labels, or other information saved in your browser.

4. Third-party services

PnLSaver relies on blockchains, RPC providers, indexers, pricing services, protocols, explorers, and other third-party services. Those services are outside PnLSaver's control and may have their own terms and privacy practices.

5. Accuracy and availability

The service is provided on a best-efforts basis. There is no guarantee that data will be complete, current, error-free, or continuously available. Network outages, provider failures, unsupported assets, missing prices, and software defects may affect results.

6. Software and content

PnLSaver may include open-source software governed by its applicable license. Except for rights granted by those licenses, these terms do not transfer ownership of the service, its branding, or its content.

7. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PnLSaver is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PnLSaver and its service operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. This includes losses caused by reliance on displayed data, third-party services, or loss of browser-stored information.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Changes and access

The service may be changed, suspended, or discontinued. These terms may also be updated; the effective date above will show when the latest version took effect. If you do not agree with an update, stop using the service.
